Nero AD 54-68 AR Denarius Roman Ancient Coin Hexastyle Domed Temple VESTA
This is a Nero 54-68 AD Silver Denarius (AR) Roman Ancient Coin Struck Circa 65-66 AD in Fine/Near VF Condition. The Obverse depicts NERO, laureate, right, with beard and the lettering reading “NERO CAESAR AVGVSTVS”. The Reverse depicts a rounded hexastyle temple with lettering reading’VESTA. The coin itself looks like it has been cleaned at some point and has obvious planchet issues, but the centering of the coin is nice and almost all the letters are visible.
